The house you drive past every day

Illinois weather is hard on paint.

Peeling siding. Faded trim. A front door that used to be your favorite color. The outside of your home is the first thing everyone sees — and the last thing most homeowners get to.

— Siding & body

Prep first. Always.

We power-wash the entire house before a brush touches it. Then we scrape every flaking edge, spot-prime the bare wood, caulk every gap water could enter, and put down two coats built to last — not just to look good on the first day.

  • Full power-wash and dry time before any paint
  • Scraping, feathering, and spot-priming bare sections
  • Caulking all penetrations, seams, and trim joints
  • Two coats of premium exterior paint — 100% acrylic
— Trim, fascia & soffits

Where the eye goes first.

Trim defines the house. Fascia and soffits are where rot starts if the paint fails. We brush all of it by hand — no roll-and-tip shortcuts — and use a finish that holds on horizontal surfaces through freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Fascia, soffits, and corner boards
  • Window casings and exterior door casings
  • Decorative trim and architectural details
  • Hand-brushed for coverage in every grain and corner
— Doors, shutters & garage

The details that make the house.

A front door is the handshake of a house. We strip or scuff-sand depending on the existing finish, prime bare spots, and apply a satin or semi-gloss that handles daily contact and UV without chalking off in two seasons.

  • Front doors — stripped, primed, and finish-coated
  • Shutters painted on or off the house
  • Garage doors — full prep and two coats
  • Color consultation included with every exterior project
How an exterior project goes

Three steps. One crew.

I

Walk the exterior.

We walk every elevation together, note the trouble spots, and give you an honest scope and number before we schedule anything.

II

Color & prep.

We help you land on a palette that reads well in your neighborhood and your light. Then we wash, scrape, caulk, and prime before any color goes on.

III

The finished house.

We work in weather windows that let the paint cure right. Final walk-around with you when it's done. The job isn't closed until you're satisfied.

Ready

The house you drive past every day should be the one you're proud of.

A walk-through is free, and we'll quote it honestly.
